Please keep in mind, this is a one woman show and items are carefully packaged especially for you. I strive to prepare and pack your order as quickly as possible while still retaining the highest quality and care. My average processing time is 3 business days, but could extend as far as 10 during busy seasons. Thank you for your patience!
Local free shipping
On local orders, the shipping cost is paid by us.
Local Shipping time
Standard shipping, via stamped mail, generally takes 3 to 7 days, depending on the Barbados Post Office operations.
International orders
Orders are dispatched every Wednesday or Thursday.
Standard shipping is via stamped mail, which unfortunately cannot be tracked. Once your order is dropped off at the Barbados Post Office, it is out of my hands. Shipping times may vary greatly, and due to the nature of international shipping, we cannot guarantee when a package will arrive. International packages are often delayed and may be held in customs for an indeterminate amount of time. Any customs charges, duties, or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of shipping paid. Unfortunately, these fees vary widely and we are unable to estimate what the cost may be. If your order does not arrive after 45 business days, please contact us. If you are having trouble submitting your order through our website, please email us at rumbleandhoney@gmail.com with your order and we can send you a PayPal invoice.
Incorrect addresses
If an incorrect shipping address was submitted online it is the customer’s responsibility and the package will not be replaced. If the package is returned to us, you may choose to have it reshipped with an additional shipping fee. Please make sure to double check all addresses before submitting your order!
